Do you make these yourself?

I hand embroider, paint, assemble my products! I do not make the squish myself, I buy them from stores or secondhand!

What are your shipping times/rates?

I try to ship 1-2 times a week. There is no specific rate ($$$) for shipping as it depends on the weight of the item. I can provide estimates, but shipping calculations are provided at checkout! 

Can I order customs?

Plushies: Yes! I have about a 3 batch limit at the moment since I complete these by myself and during my spare time. Please DM me via Instagram or inquire via our contact form! 

Jewelry: Yes! I have a 4 batch limit at the moment!

Art: Yes! Only 1 available due to time and effort!

Can you embroider my squish?

Yes! However, you need to be able to cover the shipping cost there (I’ll cover shipping back) as well as the fee to embroider the squish! Depending on the design and squish size, this can be anywhere from $50-$90!

Can I hold an item?

No, all items are first come first serve! 

Can you remake a squish?

It depends! Five Below squish can be remade based on current stock. All other squish are bought based on what I find myself or find online. I can’t guarantee an exact remake due to this.
